<p> The total move in costs would be 1st, last &amp; 1/2 month deposit, so $1,563. <br /> Also, I&#8217;d prefer someone who needs a bed. I want to sell my comfy pillow-top, it&#8217;s less than a year old. </p>
<p> You&#8217;d share the Victorian flat w/ 3 others: 24f, 26m, 31m (all very friendly). The room has been very good to me. It&#8217;s very comfortable, peaceful, &amp; I really think one of the best deals in SF. But if you have a lot of things, this place is probably not for you. </p>
<p> Also, the 21 &amp; 5 take you straight to downtown, the 22 (literally outside the door) takes you to the mission. You are equal distance from Hayes Valley and Lower Haight so there are plenty of great restaurants around. Alamo Square Park is up the street. </p>
